Quality commitment
Four checks on every lot — and the documents to prove it.
Every lot passes four gates
1. Purity — SDS-PAGE & SEC-HPLC
Purified proteins are analyzed by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and by analytical SEC-HPLC to quantify monomeric content and detect aggregation. We state the actual method and the actual number — not a vague grade.
2. Endotoxin — LAL assay
Endotoxin is measured on every lot by LAL and reported per microgram of protein. The specification for each product is stated on its datasheet and lot COA; lower specifications for cell-based and animal work are available on request.
3. Bioactivity — functional assays
Purity alone does not guarantee a working protein. Each product family is validated in a functional format: receptor–ligand binding ELISA, SPR/BLI affinity measurement against reference antibodies, or cell proliferation assays for growth factors. Activity data ships with the product documentation.
4. Documentation — Datasheet, COA, MSDS
Every product page offers its Datasheet and MSDS for direct download, and lot-specific Certificates of Analysis are issued with each shipment. Historical COAs are archived so your records stay complete for audits and publications.
Lot-to-lot consistency
We use defined constructs, validated purification protocols and release criteria so that performance remains consistent between lots. When a process changes in any way that could affect your results, the lot number changes — and so does the COA.
Quality issues
If a product does not meet its published specification, tell us within 30 days of receipt. We will replace it or refund it — that policy is printed on every invoice, not buried in a FAQ.
