Who we are

RootcareBio supplies research-grade recombinant antigens and antibody reagents to laboratories worldwide. We concentrate on a deliberately small catalog — immune checkpoint proteins, clinically relevant CD antigens, growth factors and tumor-associated antigens — so that every product we sell is one we understand deeply, produce consistently and document completely.

Our team combines protein biochemistry, cell-based assay development and a practical understanding of what discovery programs actually need from a reagent supplier: credible QC data, honest specifications, responsive scientific support and fast delivery.

What we do differently

Many catalogs sell you a vial. We prefer to sell you confidence. Every lot we release is backed by SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC purity data, LAL endotoxin testing, and — for every product family — a functional assay that demonstrates the protein does what it is supposed to do. Datasheets, COAs and MSDS are always available, lot-numbered and archived.

Because we run our own expression and purification workflows in HEK293 and E. coli systems, we can also produce custom constructs: your target, your tag, your species, typically within three to five weeks from gene to purified, QC-verified protein.
