How do I place an order?
Add products to your inquiry list and submit the form, or simply email us. We reply with a formal quotation (proforma invoice) including pricing, availability and shipping options. Institutional purchase orders are welcome.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) in USD is the standard method; PayPal and credit-card payment via invoice are available for smaller orders. Payment terms for institutions and repeated customers can be arranged.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum for catalog products listed on the site. For custom expression projects we quote per project.
How fast do you ship, and how?
In-stock items are typically shipped within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Lyophilized proteins ship at ambient temperature with an ice pack where required, via international express (DHL/FedEx). Typical door-to-door time is 3–7 days depending on destination.
Who covers shipping costs and import duties?
Shipping is prepaid and added to the invoice; import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all documentation needed for smooth customs clearance.
Are COA and MSDS available?
Yes. Datasheets and MSDS are downloadable from each product page. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is issued with every shipment; historical COAs are available on request.
Can I order a size that is not listed?
Yes — most products can be aliquoted into custom sizes, and larger quantities (grams scale) are quoted individually. Bulk pricing tiers are available; just ask.
How should I store the protein after receipt?
Lyophilized protein: −20 °C to −80 °C, stable for 12 months. After reconstitution: aliquot immediately and store at −20 °C to −80 °C, avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Product-specific instructions are on the datasheet.
Do your products cross-react between species?
Not necessarily — human and mouse orthologs can share as little as 60% sequence identity. Each product page states its exact species and construct; if you work across species, choose the matching ortholog or ask us for cross-reactivity data.
Can you express a target that is not in your catalog?
Yes. Custom recombinant antigen expression in HEK293 or E. coli — including difficult targets like multi-pass membrane proteins — typically delivers purified, QC-verified protein in 3–5 weeks. Send the target and application for a proposal.
Are your products for research use only?
Correct. All products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic or human use.
